My wife and I have been doing Valentines dinner at home for years. Valentines Day is one of the 3 biggest days in the restaurant world (New Years Eve and Mothers Day being the other two) and we’re no longer interested in fighting the crowds to express what we feel for each other every day of the year.

Some years we’ve done lunch out, which is a lot less expensive and crowded. Spending time with each other is a better gift than anything else.
